I am so honoured and excited to share this series of breath practices with you. Breath Rituals is a somatic resource within my course, The Trauma Cleanse. Whether you are trauma focused or looking for tools for personal development and Self mastery, you will find these resources extremely helpful.

I designed this series of breath techniques to help you reclaim your power by learning to take command over your nervous system and your experience of your energy in the moments you need it most. I will teach you to harness your breath and also understand your energy body (the magnetic field of your nervous system).

These are the foundational breath practices I share with my clients.

Today, the breath is recognized as a clinical tool for mindfulness and mental health. Interestingly, the breath was known in ancient times as tool used by the rishis, yogis, sages, shamans, priestesses and holy men all over the world for meditation, to create states of consciousness and master the MIND BODY and SPIRIT.

Breath Rituals is a series of 5 breath practices curated for you to connect with your consciousness and feel safer in your body:

The Grounding Breath: This is good for anxiety and disassociation and remembering you are safe.

True Self Breath: This breath helps you to come into the space of your heart and in the the Light at the centre of your human experience.

The Purifying Breath: For clearing energy that is not your own and energy frequency that is no longer serving you.

The Protection Breath: This breath helps you to seal your energy field after you cleared it.

The Manifesting Breath: This is used in the integration phase of the Trauma Cleanse. It is using cosmic principles and should only be used after learning all the previous breath practices.
